Vala has extensive experience in tax and corporate law and has worked across all major industries in Iceland, providing services such as tax and legal due diligence, as well as tax advisory services to some of Iceland’s largest companies, both private and public. She also has significant experience in international tax structuring for major financial institutions and has worked with the winding-up committees of Icelandic banks and other financial entities.
