Holds an MJur degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Iceland, earned in 2008. Obtained license to practice before the District Court the same year and was granted rights of audience before the Supreme Court of Iceland in 2017. Joined Lögfræðistofa Reykjavíkur in September 2007 and became a partner on May 1, 2012. Has served as Chair of the Board of Lögfræðistofa Reykjavíkur since 2020.

Served on the board of Orator, the Association of Law Students, during the 2004–2005 academic year. Has taught contract law in the certification program for real estate agents, and has also been a part-time lecturer in corporate law at the Faculty of Law, University of Iceland. Engaged in board work for both companies and non-profit organizations.
